Welcome to the 2nd edition of the Stealth Health Meal Prep Weekly!

This week we have a recipe that is not only unique, but also one of my favorite styles of meal prep in general.

This one was actually inspired by a VERY different recipe...

Butter Chicken.

The classic Indian comfort food that is equally as addicting as it sounds.

While this recipe and butter chicken diverge significantly in terms of flavor - they share a form factor that makes it "one of my favorite styles of meal prep in general"...

Lean protein source, drowned in a delicious sauce, and served over a bed of rice that soaks up all the extra flavor.

It works particularly well for meal prepping - especially if you follow a similar approach to me and store everything frozen. The extra sauce ensures nothing comes out "dry" or "bland" on the reheat, and the bed of rice soaks up even more of the sauce as it comes back to heat.

This one is also a super easy, relatively low time commitment recipe - especially considering it yields 9 meals for the effort.
